- Access: an exposed pipe is quick; one inside a concrete wall or under a slab is not
- Same-day call-outs for a burst or a blocked toilet carry a priority rate

When can you come?
Repairs: same day where we can, otherwise within 48 hours in the launch zone (Port of Spain to Arima, Chaguanas). Upkeep: on a weekly or fortnightly route.
